the breakfast was wonderful! it provided many fresh choices. my room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

The location was excellent. there was a bakery just across the road. the staff was very helpful and polite. They even gave me a map and directions to the venue i needed.

the parking was unavailable so i had to park further away at a more expensive place. the decoration seemed a bit outdated. while smoking isn't allowed, there was a lingering smell.

The location was amazing. It was just 5 minutes walk from Marienplatz. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean.

The AC never cooled the room. Fortunately, the windows open. The shower did not drain properly and the basin filled quickly. The hairdryer would overheat and shut off fast.

The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise was noticeable at night. the minibar was not restocked daily. I had to request refills, a minor inconvenience.

The location was fantastic. Marienplatz was only a five-minute walk away. the subway was conveniently across the street. breakfast included a complementary prosecco and champagne option.

the decoration and furniture seemed a bit outdated. i noticed a lingering smell despite the non-smoking policy. the hotel parking was full so i had to park further away and pay more.
