fresh breakfast clean room

the breakfast was wonderful! it provided many fresh choices. my room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

The hotel was beautiful. Though the staff at the front desk weren't as friendly as i'd hoped.

excellent location bakery location helpful staff unavailable parking outdated decoration lingering smell

The location was excellent. there was a bakery just across the road. the staff was very helpful and polite. They even gave me a map and directions to the venue i needed.

the parking was unavailable so i had to park further away at a more expensive place. the decoration seemed a bit outdated. while smoking isn't allowed, there was a lingering smell.

the location is very central. access to major attractions was simple, being within walking distance. the staff were helpful with directions!

The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise was noticeable at night. the minibar was not restocked daily. I had to request refills, a minor inconvenience.

The location was perfect. i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist. the breakfast had a very good variety. the hotel is across the street from a train stop.

great location subway access prosecco champagne outdated decoration lingering smell full parking

The location was fantastic. Marienplatz was only a five-minute walk away. the subway was conveniently across the street. breakfast included a complementary prosecco and champagne option.

the decoration and furniture seemed a bit outdated. i noticed a lingering smell despite the non-smoking policy. the hotel parking was full so i had to park further away and pay more.
